Who We Are
We are the family and friends of CDA members. We promote better oral health care, provide dental health education, and participate in the creation of public policies on dental issues. We host the Tooth Fairy Seminar at CDA's Spring Scientific Session and the Nordstrom Fashion Show in San Francisco. We also provide tooth fairies for kindergarten presentations and health fairs. |

The ACDA Annual Meeting in San Francisco for September 13 has been cancelled. Please plan to attend the Nordstrom Fashion Show Fundraiser on Saturday, September 13, 11:30-1pm.
The ACDA Annual Meeting has been rescheduled to November 15th, 10-12pm at the Beverly Hills Hilton Hotel, Los Angeles.
Please email Pres. Joyce Oates (president @ loveyourdentist.com) any agenda items for consideration.

Family and friends are now eligible to join the Sacramento District Dental Alliance. During their Nordstrom Fashion Show event, members voted on a bylaws change to align their bylaws with those of the ACDA.

Who wants to be the tooth fairy? Apparently, this idea appeals to hundreds of people. Lori Daby, RDH, and Deborah Adair reprised their Tooth Fairy Seminar at CDA’s Spring Scientific Session in Anaheim, and they played to a packed house. The seminar room was quickly filled with over 150 attendees well before the advertised start time for the seminar. For those who missed out, be sure to look for them in San Francisco during CDA’s Fall Scientific Sessions. “Preventing Childhood Caries and How the Tooth Fairy Can Help” will be on Saturday, September 13, from 2 to 4. Venue TBA.
